Dark Chocolate Bourbon Sauce for Adult Sundaes

Dark Chocolate-Bourbon Syrup for Grown Up Ice Cream Sundaes
6oz semi sweet chocolate
1/3 cup honey
1 TB butter
2 oz bourbon
Ice cream for serving
Melt the chocolate, honey and butter together over a double boiler. One it’s melted and shiny stir in bourbon. Serve warm over ice cream. (Pro tip: peppermint ice cream)
