Life's Simple Pleasures

With everything going on in the world right now I decided to focus this week on the simplest of pleasures. Here are my recommendations for daily blips of happiness, which when combined with each other yield a new more pleasant and optimistic mindset.

Acne extractor kit - for the fiddlers

Peel off deep clean face mask

Exfoliating foot peel - put this on and in a week OMG your feet will shed like a snake!

Eight Hour Cream - your grandmother was onto something

An absolutely lovely smelling candle

And a candle snuffer to pair with it! The most fun part! This one is groovy too

Sleepytime tea - my favorite tea on the market, never mind the terrible name

Luther Vandross CD - there is really no greater pleasure

The PERFECT low profile, reasonably priced down vest

to go over the PERFECT plain white T-shirt

and these 501s - the timeless and most quintessential pair of blue jeans

and the PERFECT size of plain gold hoops

and tried and true Chucks

Self heating travel mug - to keep your tea or coffee hot

Opaque black tights that don’t run easily

The undisputed best bra in the biz (poke around on this site - they make GREAT bras)

Really good not slimy feeling sheets

The best salt out there - a daily pleasure

to go with this UNBEATABLE pepper grinder, although this one is really great too

Dishwasher safe, daily use bone china - now there’s no excuse to not eat off of something nice!

Dishwasher safe tumblers with a very, very thin rim - luxury made easy! I have them in every size! These little ones are great for whiskey.

Countertop Sonic Ice machine

Goo Gone - to remove pesky sticky labels and that weird sticky remainder when you do actually get the sticker off - a real delight

Scrub Daddy - a soft sponge when the water is hot, and scour sponge when the water is cold

Power washer HELLO

The best, best, BEST pens - these are hard to get these days!

Shower beer holder

Really nice stationery to write a friend a note

Reasonably priced and VERY good chocolate
