Gift Guide: What to get for a fitness enthusiast who you love but don't really get

There is a certain type of person who is so focused on health and fitness that most everything they do centers around it. Work outs are non negotiable - so they happen at all hours. Meals are planned, evaluated and weighed for peak efficiency and nourishment - and therein is their source of enjoyment. Alcohol is metered so as not to completely undo the aforementioned nutrition-neurosis, and never indulged to the extent a work out might be compromised. While this life sounds like my hell - they love it. It’s a discipleship.

So - you’ve got to get this person a gift. Here’s a guide to getting them some little nuanced thing they really want. Use this guide and it’ll look like you know what you’re talking about - and they’ll end up with something they really want.
