Orderves Buffalo Chicken Dip

BCD. Doesn’t photograph well, but oh man it may be the most addicting dip out there. I decided to gussy it up and it was a rip roaring success. When I started this blog I was reticent to share the recipes to Orderves’ bestsellers (because I am coming back!) but since it’s football season and the Hoos are 5-3 and playing UNC this weekend, you need this. So here you go, and let’s smoke those Tarheels:  



Buffalo Chicken Dip

Orderves Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 pkg Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

1 pkg Boursin cheese 

3/4 cup ranch dressing

3/4 cup blue cheese dressing

½ cup blue cheese crumbles

2 cups grated sharp cheddar

1 whole large rotisserie chicken, finely shredded

1 cup Frank’s Red Hot 

Aleppo pepper to taste



Preheat oven to 375. Combine cream cheese, boursin and both dressings and mix and mash until uniform. Stir in blue cheese, cheddar and chicken. Add the Frank’s and stir. Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with Aleppo pepper if desired. Bake for 30 minutes, or until pretty well baked through. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes. Serve with low brow chips and high brow beers.
